Mikata provides to businesses (“Sellers”) an innovative Service to streamline engagements with Seller’s clients (“Buyers”). 

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

We process information you provide us when you submit an inquiry on our Website.

You can submit an inquiry through our online contact forms or by other methods provided on the Website. When you submit an inquiry on our Website, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message (“Inquiry Information”).

We collect and process information you provide to us when you register directly to our Service or through a Third- Party Provider account.

Whether you are a Seller or a Buyer, if you register to our Service, we’ll collect your contact information (as applicable) e.g., your name, your company name, your job title, your email, your phone number, your billing information, a profile picture and your address, in order to create your account. Mandatory fields will be marked as such. You may also register through you Google account and any other third-party accounts available for registration. In this case, we will create your account by extracting certain personal information, such as your name and email address and other personal information, that your privacy settings on such account permit us to access from such account. (“Registration Information”).

We process Buyers information upon transactions.

When collect Buyers personal information such as name, email, billing information, and shipping address, in order to operate the selling process. Then after we will retain such information, including the price of the products purchased, date of purchase, and different product’s properties in order to maintain and analyze the purchase history of a specific Buyer (“Buyer’s Information”). 

We process additional information provided by you.

We may process additional information you wish to provide us such as your catalogs available in third parties’ accounts, and any other information you want to share with us. 

You are not legally obligated to provide any of the abovementioned information; however, if you choose not to provide this information, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide you with the Service.

We also collect analytics information about your use of the Service

When you use the Website or the Service, we record and collect certain information about your interaction with the Service, including the IP address from which you access the Service, time and date of access, type of browser used, language used, links clicked, and actions taken while using the Service (“Analytics Information“).
